Back during the dark days of the lockdown, I was approached by Fiona Campbell, Chief Exec of the ASSC (Association of Scotland’s Self Caterers) and asked for my input in the cleaning protocols we’d need to put in place in order to safely open self catering up again. What started as a little bit of reading and learning has turned into some UK wide protocols that have been endorsed by Scottish Government.
I have written an online training course that helps to bring the protocols to light and explain them in terms of real examples and ideas that are relevant to cleaners, owners and managers in this market.
